Payment methods
Your order can be paid by credit card, invoice or online banking. Your payment is charged at the end of the ordering process. We do not store your credit card details.

Bank Payments
You have the payment options for all Finnish banks. You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Savings Bank, S-bank and Ålandsbanken. As a collecting payment service, Paytrail Plc will forward your payment to your online merchant. From the online store you are directed to your bank to proceed with the safe payment.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient for the payment and will forward your credit card payment directly to the merchant. Payments are secured and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile Payment
MobilePay and Siirto are application-based services that can be used to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer or as a card payment by accepting a payment in that application.

Delivery times and fees
All products sold here at tammersoft.com are digital products but require manual processing by nature. The actual delivery time is 1-5 business days from the original purchase date. There are no delivery fees.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
In case of a refund, the refund will be made back to the original payment method used in the order (not, for example, by bank transfer).
